This work of art was done for my 2D-Design class. I had to do a color harmony/mood painting. I used the complimentary colors of blue and orange to show Action and courage with the warm colors and the cool colors meaning chill and peaceful. What do you feel?

I love this Josh! I am pretty much cold all the time right now, so the "blue" side makes me feel chilly when I look at it, but I am so ready to jump into the fire on the "orange" side. I think you created the perfect example of a harmony/mood painting. Good job!
I really like the complimentary colors and I love the character design of the slug :) Also I really like the sword. Great Job man!

The flow of the fire gives the impression that the warmth is going to overtake the cold darkness. The glow has the inviting warmth of a house on a winter night. Nice emotions Josh.
